Primary Responsibilities:
- All aspects of purchasing, logistics, and receiving
- Shipping, both domestic and international
- Facilities management
- Negotiate with suppliers to ensure on-time, cost-effective, and efficient delivery of goods and services
- Coordinate with internal customers to ensure that correct project inventory and material is ordered, received and properly staged to support projects and operations
- Shared responsibility for incoming phone calls and customer hospitality
Requirements:

Senior Control Systems Engineer
Responsibilities:
Design, develop and fabricate industrial control and instrumentation systems. All aspects of Control Systems projects: customers, proposals, project management, design & development of software, definition of system requirements, implementation, communication, commission, follow-up.
Requirements:
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science strongly preferred. Equivalent considered.
- 7-10 years directly related work experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency in design, implementation and commissioning of industrial equipment control systems including PLC, HMI and SCADA software.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a schedule and budget for successful project completion based on established customer specifications.
- MS Project a plus.
- Successful experience providing after sales customer support on custom hardware and software.
- Experience successfully troubleshooting automated systems, industrial power distribution, analog and digital dc circuitry.
- Thorough knowledge of electrical equipment, PLC controls, instrumentation/data acquisition systems.
- Familiar with NEC, NFPA, CSA, UL 508a.

Control SystemsTechnician
Perform installation, modification, testing, maintenance and repair tasks for process instrumentation, control systems, SCADA equipment and manufacturing machinery. Position is full time with benefits.
Requirements
- General understanding of electrical wiring preferred.

Tooling Designer / Engineer
Design complex tooling for high performance composite systems using solid modeling software.
Requires:
- Experience with defining & designing complex tools; plastic injection molding, and/or compression molding experience is good.
- 4-year degree in engineering, physics or math preferred.
- 2-year Associates with 3+ years’ molding experience ok.
- Must be familiar with machining.
- Keen attention to detail.

Staff Engineer Composite Development
JOB SUMMARY
Supports senior engineers with projects, including composite design, manufacture and documentation.
This position reports to the composites Development Product Manager
POSITION REQUIRES: B.S. in Engineering
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design prototype and production tooling and equipment to support composite development projects, meeting process conditions and loads consistent with industry standards and best practices.
- Understand composite manufacturing technologies. Learns all aspects of composites manufacturing technologies used at Radius Engineering specifically RTM (Resin Transfer Molding)
- Document work and results. Works with senior engineering staff to develop processing documentation, reports and CAD data.
- Communicate with senior engineers and staff in person, at meetings and via email.
- Software skill execution including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook and SDRC, IDEAS, and Solidworks.
- Manage all aspects of composite development projects including marketing and sales activity to understand the needs and expectations of the customers. Create and present quotations and schedules of work for customer. Review and respond to customer expectations and ensure that Radius and customer are “on the same page.” Track project progress and budget.

Composite Development Sr. Engineer
Job Summary:
A senior Engineer will be responsible for composite manufacturing process development projects. This will include preparing proposals, managing projects, developing processes, as well as hands-on part fabrication and training. A high level of customer interaction is required and good written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Thorough understanding of composite manufacturing processes from a technical as well as time and cost perspective. Experience with closed-mold processing a plus.
- Communicate with external and internal customers on a regular basis regarding marketing, project management and technical issues.
- Manage projects to ensure schedules, budgets and technical objectives are achieved. Participate in resource allocation activity where priorities are continually changing.
- Ability to develop out-of-autoclave manufacturing processes including ply pattern definition, lay-up/tool assembly instructions, injection and cure parameter definition. Thorough understanding of thermal and fluid dynamics associated with composite fabrication and cure. Composite design experience is not necessary but is desired.
- Off-site manufacturing support/training as well as marketing activity will be required. Travel as often as 10 times per year should be anticipated. International travel may also be required.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science.
- Minimum of 10 years experience in composite manufacturing with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Job Summary:
Lead the Company in functional, engineering design animation. Responsible for producing high quality, engineering animations using 3DVia Composer & SolidWorks.

Requirements
Related Associates Degree (Industrial Design, Software Animation, Engineering) or equivalent experience.
2+ years using 3D software for creating engineering animation from the ground up.
Experience in Autodesk Mechanical Desktop, Alias Wavefront or other 3D modeling software is good.
